We loved living here, being a minute to hop onto the gateway to make our way up to the sunshine coast was just fantastic. Situated so close the airport without hearing the planes has also been great. But the best is now the new tunnel making it only 10 minutes to arrive in the City or to Moorooka in about 20 minutes. It really is the best location in Brisbane we believe!

The house is tiled throughout the main living areas & carpeted in the bedrooms. The living, dining & kitchen is open plan, making entertaining a breeze. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, electric cook top and oven, dishwasher & room for double door fridge with water already plumbed. The main bedroom is air-conditioned, and has an ensuite & walk in robe. There are ceiling fans though out, with built in cupboards in all rooms. The home is cool in summer & comfortable in winter.

The house has a great tiled & under cover outdoor area & we have put in a dog door. We are happy to have a pet or 2 on the lease also.

The house is also water wise, and we have 3 water tanks connecting to the laundry & toilets.

Lawn mower supplied, garden maintains itself.

Bus stop across the road the 307 bus does a loop to Toombul shopping centre where you can catch a bus or train to anywhere in Brisbane.
