How It Works

Purchase Your Sale Contract Through Minus The Agent * This will provide you with the contract of sale and all other relevant documents necessary to sell your own home. In some states it is mandatory to have the contract of sale prior to listing your home for sale, however, we suggest you do this irrespective of the state your property is in so buyers can easily review the terms and conditions and proceed to making offers straight away. * To purchase your sale contract now, simply head to our Residential Sales package page , select BUY NOW on your desired package and add your state’s contract package on at the optional extras page.

Need A Conveyancer to Handle Settlement? Purchase direct with LawLab

* Once you have purchased your contract package with Minus The Agent and have found a buyer the next stage is known as the settlement stage and is where you will need a conveyancer. The Sale Conveyancing Package includes all the relevant documents required to “settle” your property including transferring the title of the property from seller to buyer and the disbursement of funds. This is a separate process from the initial contract and requires an additional fee which is usually paid out from the settlement funds.

* Once you buy your contract package with Minus The Agent- we will provide your details to LawLab who will reach out and offer you the conveyancing services if you require them.

Minus the Agent has collaborated with Lawlab to offer conveyancing services to its customers. We have done this to secure your sale and make the end to end property selling process easier. Minus the Agent in no way offers legal advice or conveyancing services directly. As our customer, you can choose to have the conveyancing services offered by Lawlab but it is not necessary to choose them as your conveyancer.
Minus the Agent gets a referral fee from Lawlab in case you decide to engage Lawlab as your conveyancer through us.

Your agreement with Lawlab

Once the payment is made for your Sale Contract Package Fee, your details (including your name, address, phone number and email) will be offered to Lawlab. After this, you’ll become Lawlab’s customers for conveyancing services. When you purchase a Sale Contract Package from Minus the Agent, you provide the consent to share your information with Lawlab on your behalf. You will still be a customer of Minus the Agent for the marketing campaign and services that you have bought from us apart from conveyancing.
