The main bedroom has a queen size bed, while the two smaller bedrooms have double beds. All three rooms have large wardrobes with plenty of drawer space. The living room has comfortable couches, refrigerated air conditioning, a large flat screen TV and a bluray player.

The kitchen, bathroom and laundry are all fully equipped with items such as a large fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc etc. Pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are also included, together with glasses, mugs and other usual kitchen items.

The villa is completely self contained – all furniture is provided. Additionally, all bed linen (including spare sets of sheets etc) are also provided, as are towels, bath mats etc. In the kitchen, all pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, and glasses are included.

The weekly rental of $500 includes all utilities – water, gas, electricity etc, plus wireless internet (with UNLIMITED downloads/month!).

There is a single garage parking spot, with additional off-street parking available for a second car or visitors.

There is a great al fresco area outside under a patio, perfect for outdoor entertaining now that the weather is warming up! It even comes with an outdoor setting so you can relax and enjoy a meal outside.

The villa is just down the road from the Northlands Shopping Centre and is conveniently located to bus stops on Main St and Wanneroo Road, from which you can go into Perth or to the Glendalough train station.

The apartment is available to rent from Sunday 5 November 2016. Please note that the minimum term is two months, and we do require a four week bond of $2,000. The first fortnight’s rent will also be required prior to moving in to the property. Once we have received the bond and first fortnight’s rent, the property is booked for your stay.
