ROOM FOR YOUR NEXT BIG IDEA – BRUNSWICK EAST

A rare short-term opening in a shared warehouse full of interesting people making, designing and doing their own thing.

We’re looking for creative people who need room to bring something to life. Perhaps you’re rehearsing a performance, planning an event, launching an e-commerce project, assembling an installation or simply need space to spread out and work for a few weeks.

With very high ceilings, an open floor and loading bay access, the space can accommodate a range of ideas. Around 120 m² is available with clear access corridors, with the potential to use more of the full 180 m² for activities that allow people to move through.

Tucked into a residential street in Brunswick East, close to multiple tram routes, supermarkets, cafés and parks, you’ll be joining an established creative community.

Available now until 30 November 2026 only. December is already booked, so this is an opportunity for a project with a beginning and an end.

$10 per m² per week + GST, with utilities charged separately. Smaller areas and flexible layouts can be discussed

Includes free access to our lounge with Bluetooth stereo and widescreen television and our large kitchen with fridge, microwave, air fryer etc

Events and other activities are considered according to their suitability for the shared space and our neighbours.
