The second bedroom has a queen size bed and open wardrobe.

Main bathroom doubles as a laundry with a washing machine.

There is an abundance of wildlife including pet kookaburras who like a daily feed, 1 is so tame you can walk around with her on your arm.

No pets are allowed due to the wildlife and not really a child friendly place due to same.

Living here is a lifestyle choice, it’s in the middle of the rainforest and not suitable to all people’s taste. You have to like peace and quite apart from the birds singing all day and a relaxed lifestyle.

I will be maintaining the yard (to be discussed) but someone who loves the garden can have access to areas to create their own desires.
