The property/apartment is between Gisborne and Riddells Creek (7 minutes to each town centre). There is access to a full gymnasium, pool table, air hockey, table tennis table (see photos). A tennis court is also available for tenant’s use (racquets, tennis balls, basketballs are provided at no cost).

The room, ensuite and toilet are cleaned weekly, sheets and towels laundered fortnightly, the tenant’s personal clothes are also laundered, all at no additional cost. The weekly rent is $295 with an additional $10 weekly for Starlink access.

Parking is off street and private near the apartment. Electricity and water charges are included in the rent, payable fortnightly in advance.
