Prepare Rental Property Photos for Advertising
Plan clear, accurate rental property photographs and organise the image set before comparing residential rental advertising packages.
Start with an accurate presentation
Clean and prepare the property before taking photographs. Photograph the spaces as they will be offered and avoid hiding material features or using images of a different property. Use only photographs you own or are authorised to publish.
Plan the image set
Include the main living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, outdoor areas and relevant parking. Choose a lead image that explains the property clearly. Check that doors, lighting and furniture do not obscure the features a prospective tenant needs to see.
Review before uploading
Check focus, orientation and lighting. Remove accidental duplicates and organise the images in a logical order. Ensure a floorplan, if included, matches the property and that you have permission to use it. Avoid editing that changes the factual appearance of the home.
Compare your advertising option
Review the residential rental packages for their included services and optional extras before arranging additional photography. Do not assume photography is included in every option. Check the current package page for the offer that applies to your property.
