The cottage is completely self contained with fully fitted kitchen, a brand new bathroom (with a heated floor!), huge main bedroom with 2 built in robes, and a loft area that can sleep an extra 4 people. Furniture can include a king bed, couches, dining table and chairs, fridge and washing machine.

The Cottage has a wood fire heater and a split system air conditioner for heating and cooling.

There is private off street car parking for up to 3 vehicles and a courtyard area with outdoor table and lovely garden views. The train station is walking distance as are the Macedon Village shops (IGA, Bakery, Fish & Chips, Wood fire pizza, 2 cafes with great coffee, post office hair dresser)

Rent is $470 per week for 2 people and 25% of the electricity and water utility bills (or 30% for more than 2 people)
